Architecture project signed by Atelier S+A Arquitectos and construction quality "Fine Living by Vogue Homes", in 2020 while taking the first steps in the construction phase, was awarded in the international competition Luxury Lifestyle Awards foreseeing the birth of a new and emblematic building in this riverside area.
